Case Management

Our Case Management goal is to coordinate, monitor and evaluate physical / psychological rehabilitation in conjunction with the identified of suitable work (including transitional work when required). Our Case focus is on the ability of the employee to Return to Work, and determines what is required to get the employee ready for a Return to Work. Our Case Managers are able to utilize our spectrum of services described above to accurately assess an employee’s return to work potential, and are able to then develop a plan in conjunction with treating professionals.

Complex Case Resolution

This is applicable to employees with psychiatric conditions, chronic pain or chronic fatigue syndromes and prolonged physical disabilities with a psychological component. We are able to offer a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary approach geared towards the resolution of these complex claims, which to us means returning the employee to work. Our program involves a combination of graduated physical activity and cognitive-behavioural therapy, with ongoing identification and management of co-morbid psychiatric illness.

Disability Management

We are able to assist you in the development an/or strengthening of your Disability Management Program.
